Designed and crafted by our master jeweler Brian Nava, participate with this ring in the 2024 Jewelry Contest in the women's ring category, within the framework of the 90th Silversmith's Day in the city of Taxco de Alarcón, Guerrero.

The "Paloma" ring is an elegant and symbolic creation that pays tribute to the fight for peace and social justice. Inspired by the dove of peace, this minimalist silver ring is a work of art that conveys a powerful and emotional message.

Rigoberta Menchú's quote is a constant reminder that "peace is not only the absence of war, but also the fight against poverty, racism, discrimination and exclusion." The ring's design reflects this philosophy, with elements symbolizing peace, love, fidelity and healing.

The 24 pavé-set sapphire pieces that adorn the ring represent the 24 hours of the day that should be filled with peace. Known for its connection to love, fidelity and loyalty, sapphire is a perfect symbol of peace and harmony.

The Amethyst stone, located in the center of the ring, symbolizes physical, psychological and emotional healing, necessary in a violent and unequal world. Amethyst is known for its healing and protective properties, making it an ideal element for this ring.

The ring's design, with six wings that emulate a dove in flight, is a tribute to freedom and peace. The ring's minimalist and elegant shape makes it perfect for any occasion, from a formal event to everyday wear.

The "Paloma" ring is a piece that combines elegance with the symbolic meaning of love, fidelity and loyalty to our values, reminding us of the importance of a daily struggle in the search for peace and justice.

More than jewelry, it is art.
